Servo drive HCJ

4-Q-drive controller

The modular single axis servo controller HCJ combine the highest performance volume and extensive motion control functions in four compact sizes. The high variance of the field bus systems and the latest encoder interfaces, such as EnDat 2.2 and HIPERFACE-DSL are perfect for dynamic movements and rapid positioning.

Servo drives for the Heidrive motors

The servo drives HCD, HCE and HCJ are the perfect extension for the Heidrive motors. All combinations of motors and servo drives are equipped with a CAN fieldbus interface with DSP402 standard and extensive digital and analog inputs and outputs. Optionally a Profibus interface can be added by refitting. In terms of encoders digital/analog Hall sensors, resolvers or sin/cos encoders with HIPERFACE®-interface can be used.

Four servo drive series in our portfolio

Beyond the servo drive HCF for 24 V – 48 V there is the in-house development HCB 115 V – 230 V 50/60 Hz with active PFC (Power Factor Correction), the servo drive HCE in 230 V and 400 V three-phase A.C. current version as well as the newest generation, the HCJ, which can be modified with regards to bus systems and encoder systems according to all applications. Heidrive’s new servo drive series HCB covers a power spectrum from 0,4 to 1 kW and easily undertakes demanding control tasks. What is so special about it is that the power supply is handled via an active PFC with multi voltage input. The servo drives of the HCE series are 4-Q-drives with a very large range of functions. They are used for the operation with synchronous as well as with asynchronous motors. The integrated PLC-functionality makes it possible to undertake challenging tasks without any superior control system in a fast and cost-effective way. The drive HCF offers you a cost-optimized DC supply concept with 24 V or 48 V for application in the demanding world of automation. It inherited its functionality by its “big brother”, the HCE. Thus also the HCF implies positioning functionality on the highest level, a robust mechanical concept and further benefits. The modular one-axis servo drives of the series HCJ unite highest output volume and elaborate functions of motion control in four compact sizes. The high variation of fieldbus connection and the latest encoder interfaces like EnDat 2.2 and HIPERFACE®-DSL enable dynamic movements and a fast positioning.
